Blocks for Maria - Lucky 13

No matter how many times I try to work in other colors, the orange/red theme seems to come forward anyway! The "favorite block" is hand dyed and thread painted - I figured trying to make a traditional block in a tiny size with my skills at sewing straight lines and matching corners would not come out too well . . .
